0331(1)(d) During the course of the complaint investigation, Licensor Smith concluded that there was enough evidence collected during interviews with staff that a violation had occurred. Licensor observed the poster that was removed from the classroom and the staff incident reports. The nature and content of the poster was determined to be a "put down" to the children in care.
